Fifteen of F3’s finest and one furry friend fought off the facility of the flannel fartsack to face the frost and cover five or fewer miles at Fartlek this fine morning.  Strong work by all the men, as well as Henry, the dog.

Good to see The Force back out there.  Impressive showing by Brian, the FNG; welcome and hope to see you back.  Great having 8-track and R2D2 join the Fartlek regulars.  

Prayers went out to all the Teachers; to Bryce and all others fighting cancer, to the aging parents, for peace in the Middle East, and for all those struggling and in need this holiday season. #bb
