The Thang:

Low curls 10x, high curls 10x, full curls 10x, pull ups 10

Skull crushers 15x, dips 15x, diamond merkins 10x

Shoulder press 15x, scorpion dry dock 15x, alternating lunge press 20, pull ups 10

Short run

Calf raises: feet pointed out 15x, pointed in 15x, regular 15x, KB squats 20x, jump squats 10, burpees 5

plank lawn mower 10x each arm, lawn mower 10x each arm, pull ups 10

upright row 10x, kb swing 10

Mary:

up and over on pull up bar 20, stack shelf with kb 10, kick out on pull up bar 10, side bends with kb 10x each side, bicycle on pull up bar 20 then reverse 20, freddy mercury 20x, heels to heaven 15x, toe touches on pull up bar 5

Zamporini back to homebase

1 arm kb chest press 10x each arm, 2 hand chest press with low flutter 10x

Kid Rock 4 min homer to marge melody

Moleskins:

A ton of mumble chatter!!!  I took the Q since Eeyore is on injured reserve, look forward to his Q as he recovers soon!

Oyster took too long to complete Apollo Ohno so I called him old and he chased after me during IST.  Kid Rock also called him old later in the work out since Kid Rock has only 5 days left before he is in the 50 plus age group.

We all were trying to figure out what Stapler was doing during jump lunges, it looked like a defensive stance but Bag Boy thought he looked like Jim Belushi in Animal House.

Titan called me out for no chest exersices so I added some during mary.  

Ninja, black sox, Easy, and Cousin Eddie were all pretty quiet and just took in all of the mumble chatter.

Kid Rock led the last 4 mins of mary with his extended homer to marge melody.

KR and Easy for standard also, sorry is missed it!
