The Thang:

20 reps of the following exercises:

  • Arnolds / Clean Press / SLRDL (Single Leg Romanian Dead Lift)
  • Scaption Crunch / Twisting Narrow Reach / Overhead Pull Crunch
  • Eccentric Curls / Eccentric Hammers / Eccentric Cross Body Curls
  • Fly Hip Ups / Bench Flutter / Bridge Fly
  • Bent Row Fly / Tricep Kickbacks / Wing Fly

Moleskin:

  • Today was a full body workout.  Good push by all.
  • A lot of boat repair, auto repair stories…
  • Q takes his boat in for winterization and oil change, mechanics found a sensor out, not much fuel pressure, leak, impeller housing needing to be replaced, etc., etc….
  • Q taking it like a man from the boat mechanic
  • More expensive to change the oil in a Mercedes than to change the transmission in a VW.  FYI, Schwinn knows a great VW mechanic if needed.  
  • GOOD REPORTS COMING FROM NATTY!!!  "Doesn't hurt as much to sneeze" and word on the street is that he's swimming now.  Great news!  Pulling for you bro!
