And credit to Kool-Aid who came over from Stanley this morning, but couldn't find him on the list.
7 men came out this morning on a perfect morning for a workout. Even convinced my first FNG to come out today, Reid, another Pax from the F3 stronghold of Stephens Grove. Reid joined me for a partial 0515 standard around the track until my hammy decided not to cooperate around lap 3.

WarmOrama – mosey around the parking lot and cheers of delight were heard from the men as they saw the sled waiting. The usual stretches.
Thang – Grab a block. Sled pushes up and down the parking lot while the other men took turns doing zampos and farmer carries as they awaited their turn. Circle up for some stationary block work: curls, shoulder presses, squats, and skull crushers. Back to the sled and repeato with some quadriphillia. One more round on the sled with some walking lunges and one last set of curls to really get a good bicep pump before hitting the beach today. Not enough time for round 4 on the sled despite pleas from the men for more sled. Blocks up.
Mary – ab exercises galore.

- FNG Reid made it out with minimal notice from me beforehand and even showed up early. Strong performance today, look forward to seeing him out again soon.
- Great job from all today pushing the sled. Note to self: load more weight on the sled next time to increase the fun quotient.
- Freedom pulled a fast one taking shoulder touch merkins away from Snake Eyes, but Snake Eyes did some quick calculations and came up with an audible 5 burpees OYO to immediate hurrahs from the men.
- Hope to see Kool-Aid out again in the future – the Denver guys may want to hit him up for a shorter drive, although I don't blame him for driving all the way to the west side for a quality beatdown.
- Thanks to Snake Eyes for taking us out in prayer.
- And thanks to Tantrum for the chance to lead this morning.
