Immediately Jimmy O noticed I approached SBUX from a different direction and wondered if props had been planted, quite aware for 4:43 am. Of course he was correct so once we waited one extra minute to make sure no one else was coming we moseyed with a football and warmed up at the movie theater.
Thang: Did some praying mantis cause why not and then we moseyed to the top of greenway hill and found a couple of dumbbells and a kettle bell. We each did an excercise: skull crusher, squat, lawn mower, while one ran to the bottom of the hill and back as the time. We switched and did two rotations then mixed up the exercises a couple more times. After this fun we hid the weights to be picked up later and finally got to toss the football that had accompanied us all morning. Our way back to SBUX was to catch a pass, for each pass we did 10 merkins, 10 squats and 3 Burpees. If the pass was dropped we started with 5 penatly burpees then did the 10, 10, 3. After a couple of tosses we decided it was worth it to air it out for each pass and did a respectable job making our way back, all work was done by 5:31. Since it was 70 degrees on 12/30 we decided to sit outside for our coffee and chat. We talked about how we respond to the nudge and referenced Jeremiah 29: 7 & 11 and Deuteronomy 8:18.
