So, we got off to a bad start. I decided that with this group of wiley veterans no disclaimer was needed, but it turns out that sets a tone for serious business. Instead, I kicked it off with some ISTs, and the pax proceeded to talk right over my cadence. Glad they were having a good time… This continued through the hillbilly, toy soldier, long snapper, and windmill. At that point I knew my plan for the rest of the morning was a good one – don't call any more cadence, and get through to coffeeteria. That's more important anyway. So we moseyed to Mt Zion and here's what we did:
5 sets of:
- 10 shoulder touch mericans , lap around church
- 20 squats, lap
- 30 dips or folding card tables, lap
- 40 Susanne summers (20 each side), lap
- 50 LBC, lap
Mosey back to launch for some stretchy stretch.
Moleskine:
– Fun time today – I love the chatter and was glad to lead this group of men
– Goat had to depart early into the wib to, as they say in the Navy, drop anchor. Canuck went with him and I don't want to know why
– Bijoux is finally off the bike and back to form – glad to see it.
– Hollywood led from the getgo- that dude is in shape! He is the only one that finished the whole 5 rounds
– Macbeth is looking lean and mean and was out front this morning as well!
– At coffeeteria, the decision was made to join IronPAX at BRP next Thursday, but just as cheerleaders. Get your pompoms ready Possum!
– Glad Omega, AM/PM, and Ultraman joined us for coffee – they shared their IronPAX experience, so we could participate vicariously through them
