Started the morning with my sidewalk chalk, so I did not have to carry my “Weinke”. Let the VQ begin!

- Burpees x 10 OYO, lunge to the corner, and mosey to next island
- Shoulder touch ‘Mericans x OYO (Return back to first exercise)
- Freddie Mercury x 20 OYO (Return back to first exercise)
- Diamond Dry Dock x 25 OYO (Return back to first exercise)
- Russian Twists x 30 OYO (Return back to first exercise)
- Pull-ups x 10 OYO (Return back to first exercise)
Mary:
- Bam Bams 5 x IC
- Alphabet “18 Font” x IC
- Plank to finish
Moleskin:
- Pax ran a lap until Uncle Rico joined in
- Luther ran so fast he almost lost his spots
- I planned for four laps and got 1.5x from the lazy Pax
- Lawn Dart is excited about his NHL package and an invited everyone over for beers
- Dry Rub organized the Birkdale CC with Smash, Eeyore, Dry Rub and Magnus
- Mumble chatter was held a minimum due to ridiculous amount Burpees – Magnus exclaimed, “Why do hate us?”
- Limburger and Uncle Rico broke out the Cheers rendition “Sometimes you want to go, Where everybody knows your name, And they're always glad you came; You want to be where you can see, Our troubles are all the same; You want to be where everybody knows your name.”
