A few days out from Qing, I had no idea what I was gonna do. Luckily, I had a special inquiry wondering if there was going to be much running at the workout. I aim to please (unless the request involves making a workout too easy). Well, we didn’t run, and it wasn’t easy.Mosey to the front entrance area for a little warmorama ups and downs:SSH x20Mountain Climbers x9icIST x9icPeter Parker x9icWindmill x9icParker Peter x9icToy Soldiers x9icMericans x9icSquats x9icBall Leapfrog Burpees (S2K)Mosey to the back gate for Balboas:Regular x9icArms Out x9icArms Up x9icArms Out Front x9icGrab some Cinders and go to the bus lot:16 bus slots. Everyone pushed hard and got stronger. That was a tough one.-Love that Stray is getting back out and being selective during his transition back to F3manship.-It was an amazing thing to see pax encouragement to each other. At the playground, I had everyone get a partner. It was only a quick and easy way for me to split us into 2 groups and I admitted that early on. Still though, everyone was still checking on their partners in the darkness in a very loud way.-Honored to have been a part of this group this morning, and humbled to have been the one calling cadence.-I even noticed a few talented runners showing they aren’t a one-trick pony with their physical strength (Turnpike, Turncoat, Smokey, Roadie to name a few)-This was Hat Trick’s second post to my Q in as many days. I’m not sure if he did that on purpose or not, but he did mention he doesn’t usually post South of 73. Glad to have you, brother.
