Additional Pax: Closing Time, Hallelujah

11 pax laced their sandals and stepped onto the sands of the gladiator arena ready for battle.  This is their story.

50 SSH IC (Because I hear that is a time honored tradition at gladiatior)

Mosey over to the pull up forest for the Spell-your-name-workout

Pax were shown a key from A-Z with a corresponding exercise for each letter.

The pax were instructed to run a lap around either the first island or the first two islands and when they got back to the PUF (pull up forest) they would do the workout that corresponded with the first letter of their first hospital name.  Run another lap and repeato for your entire first middle and last name or until time runs out.  If you finish early jump on with another pax and finish their name along side of them

Thanks for having me out Travolta, we're all lifting you and your family up.

This is a favorite workout of mine, but more importantly an easy workout to put together in a short amount of time.  I'm always looking for a new AO to bring it to, and a new spin I can put on it.  St marks is a great AO with a pull up forest and a huge parking lot so I knew I had to put those into play.

T-Claps to Shooter for running with me during the standard.  Great second F and I think we got in 2.3 miles which was perfect for me.

Awesome job by Little Ben and Hallelujah (named today by Amen)  and great job to Amen for getting them out here.  Theres some great lessons to be learned in the gloom! Really to cool to see father son bonding before the sun comes up.

Ty Webb is fast, I'm suprised the incognitions havent paid him a million dollars or blackmailed him to be on their team yet.  It will come sooner or later.

Great to see mooch, spare, 8track, caboose and closing time too.  Its good to mix it up and go to different AO's to see pax that you normally dont get to.  Hopefully i see yall out in the gloom again too.

The bear this weekend of course.

Also Harveys in vermillion is starting a running club on tuesday nights at 630 with 2.5-8 mile options.

Thanks for coming out guys, I had a really good time with yall this morning

Aye,
