4 showed for a workout at Cobalt tailored to Grip's feedback from Monday's workout. Little stretching to start given there was a lot of Respect in the group this morning (and Grip's feedback) and Q knew Pinky would show so we didn't want to leave without him. Cherry pickers X10 IC plus merkins X 15 IC.

Run up Overlook Cove Rd (straight out of clubhouse) to top of hill at pretty good pace. Circle for descending set of merkins IC (15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2) with two sets of abs (lots of varying amounts of reps depending on exercise) in between each of merkin set (IC). We had to relocate to the Daniella Christina cul-de-sac because of excessive dog barking to finish the set.
Run to gazebo for 4 sets of 15 derkins, 15 step ups, 15 dips with two sets of abs in between each set. Varying numbers of ab exercises and reps…..can't remember them all.
Run back to clubhouse from gazebo. 2 minutes left. 15 burpees OYO + 18 merkins IC: 6 wide-arm, 6 regular, 6 diamond for the burn at the end.

- >2 miles running and lots of reps today. Feedback varied throughout the workout. Grip's feedback was the only feedback requested and considered. Overall, thinking it was positive but I may have misinterpreted.
- Natty laying down the law for 2021. Lots of good stuff to do around Q rotation, recruiting, traveling to other AO's, helping the community. Thanks for your leadership, Natty.
