3 of the fastest pax in Isotope took a stroll to GAGA to get a little Cray Cray at Odyssey. Here is their story:

Disclaimer for this morning was clearly to be on the look out for any vehicle with a “CRAYCRAY” license plate. Not sure what they did to the local Mercedes dealership but it seemed to be significant. DO. NOT. TRUST.

Ducky’s watch suggested a 7 x 0.10 mile sprints with a 3 min recovery so the pax obliged. There is only one location in all of Isotope that lends itself to sprints. You guessed it. We warmed up. We sprinted. We actively recovered. We rinsed and recycled. Then we trotted home. 

Fantastic morning filled with tales of intrigue and disgust. There are always moments of fascination when you run with any member of the Beckett alliance. The morale of the story this morning was that we got after it more than 99% of the general population especially once you have removed all the cross fitters.
