Well, sometimes you wake up and decide life is just too hard and you go back to sleep, like Dallas. And sometimes you wake up and decide to do something great, and show up to a workout like 16 other men today. Here is their story:

Congrats Citgo for the win.
Mary by committee including the 2.0 visitors.
Pax list missing Log (Snoopy 2.0), Watson (Bambam 2.0), & Citgo (kotter) as they are not on the website.
For the moleskin please click on contacts at the top and scroll to the bottom right to request a slack invite. Thats where we keep the mumbleing chatter.
Thanks to Mr. Burns for switching my Q date and as always thanks to Black Eyed Pea who introduced me to F3. It has shaped my life and given me direction when I was searching and praying for it. Today we had two boys with us and one kotter who I had never met. It says alot about those boys (and their dads) to get up and come workout in 30degree weather. I am inspired to see these faces in the gloom and encourage everyone to share this gift with the men you know. Somebody is praying for it like I was!
Argh!
