Got our Monday morning pump on in the garage. We stuck to upper body because Drebin crushed the Half this weekend and needed a day off from legs.
– 4 sets of bench, incline dumbbell press, shrugs
– 4 sets of barbell curls, concentration curls, dips
– Finished with some Mary and one crisp, clean pull-up since I really need to work back up to doing more than one pull-up
