Snake Eyes held me accountable this morning to get the week started off right. Drebin is running one of those full body marathons this weekend so he didn’t want to lift anything too heavy and Turnpike claimed he had an early morning work meeting, but we all know he just stayed up too late trying to finish another book before the week ended. We got into some flat bench/bent over rows, curls/skull crushers, concentration curls/front dumbbell squats, and of course finished up with a little pull up work and mary. Good way to burn a few calories and keep the HR elevated for 50 mins. Remember, don’t overeat today!
