- Bent Row/ Fly
- 1,1,2 Curls
- DL Rows
- Skull Crushers
- Tri Kicks
- Cross Body Curls- 20 each arm
- Clean Press
Moleskin:
- Slow came early and went for a run, about 2 miles for his warm up
- Schwin and Q did the above warm up
- Slow pointed out that Schwinn has a marathon shirt or some type of tri or run that he has done in the past. The man is a stud!
