3 men appeared on a rainy day for a workout in the Gazebo

 

Warmorama:

SSH, Windmills, CP's, Arm Circles

The Thang:

Workout with Dumbbells, 20 reps of the following exercises.

  • Squat Press
  • Hammer Down, Curl Up
  • Split Squats
  • Bent Row/ Fly
  • 1,1,2 Curls
  • DL Rows
  • Skull Crushers
  • Tri Kicks
  • Cross Body Curls- 20 each arm
  • Clean Press

Moleskin:

  • Slow came early and went for a run, about 2 miles for his warm up
  • Schwin and Q did the above warm up
  • Slow pointed out that Schwinn has a marathon shirt or some type of tri or run that he has done in the past.  The man is a stud! 
  • Schwinn talks about his upcoming trips to Rice, Vanderbilt, and Duke with his daughter
  • Slow will be traveling with his family to Siesta Key
  • Prayers for Mammy Annette, Mama Joy, and the Carlson family.
  • Strong push men!
