20 hard-chargers emerged to wheeze in the breeze and flail in the gale as we jug a lugged in the bottom half of a nor'easter that is giving fits to the northeastern US. Old Glory was snapping as we mustered and heaved-to for a rousing rendition of the National Anthem followed by an enthusiastic recitation of The Pledge of Allegiance. With jugs o' plenty we were soon underway and making way with an Admiral (well, not quite an Admiral… but a Lieutenant Commander anyway) at the helm of The General.

Partner up to commence streetlight juggy relays with alternating periods of Jugenstein walks, Juggy lunges and other juggy faves.
Juggy joggy for a spell down the sidewalk. Muster on-station for Jug Webb-amid with a 1:4 ratio up to 6:24 and then back down.
Continue juggy joggy with a few juggy pain stations such as juggy curls, juggy lifts and juggy squats.

1. Jazzhands was in true form today. He was especially appreciative and orally supportive during the mobility moment. We all needed a cigarette after that.
2. Big T-claps to Magnus and Eeyore for the tailgate coffeeteria! 12 souls hung around to take in their morning java. The latest intelligence briefing reveals that this could become a thing at The General.
3. Speaking of the tailgate coffeeteria, there was some discussion around why the pax like to post for the "jug a lug", and the consensus is that there is nothing more "completely stupid" than running around at 5:30 am with gallon jugs. It's "level 11" on a 10-point scale for stupidity. It falls into the "it's so ugly it's cute" category.
