5 General regulars took on the Gloom and the low 30 degree weather.
PLEDGE of ALLEGIANCE
WARM-O-RAMA – with only 5 PAX we ran to the park entrance to warm up near the road with the hopes of snagging some assers by to bolster the numbers. The warm up was successful – the grass roots marketing plan, not so much.
THE THANG – runto the rockpile and grab your coupon. Two rounds of rock exercises with a run to the corner and back. Exercises incuded:
Curls, Squats, Overhead Press, Skull Crushers, Bent over Rows, 8 ct body builders
Return the rocks – head to the park entrance, Turn the reigns over from Holiday to Deep Dish
Run down to the wall – start with People’s Chair + Praying Mantis. Lunge walk across the lot – 15 incline mericans, lunge walk back 15 decline mericans. Repeato with line jumps replacing lunge walks.
Mosey to the playground. Series of Dips + Squats: 10, 8, 6

Centerfold went home to cook Valentine’s Day breakfast for his family, the other 4 went to the newly opened Caribou Coffee where we met up with some mother Ruckers.
