Great morning for some gloom time with my bros.

Ran around the lot and warmed up with a standard batch of exercises.

Grabbed a block and did some exercises ran down the lane and back for some ab work and then moved up to the next lane etc. Got about four lanes done and then tested our grip strength by farmer carrying serpentine style back to the pile. Five blockees for good measure, then mosey back to start.

We shared Mary, then recovered.
