Get in my BELL-y!

MARY

Ye olde kettleskin:

Mailman contacted me last night to see if I couldn't get his heart-rate up today, so we gave it our best effort.  He reported that he was at least huffing and puffing a little bit.

Chief earned a few extra Americans for mocking YHC about his new "desk job".  You're welcome Chief.  Speaking of Chief, he saved the day at coffee when the credit card machine wasn't working.  Chief rolls old school with a wad of Benjamins.  Aye.

Contra reported that he wanted to fs real bad this morning, but he came out in the cold just to say hey to his old southern Isotope friend Goat.  Thanks Contra!

Was that Brushless who opined that the kb "around the worlds" were specifically aimed at his belly?

The kettlebell serpentine wall event was a bit harder than it looked.  That's a keeper.

YHC missed Pierogi's antics.  Many prayers went out for  you brother.

Always a pleasure to join the Race City Truck City pax!  Thanks for having me and for the iron on iron.  Aye.

Gnarly Goat sends.
