Flo-Jo shows up so we mosey up and get him and go back to get started
One end of the parking lot do 10 merkins and mosey to the other end
15 Curls with the block and mosey back to the other end
10 merkins and mosey back to the other end
15 Chest press with the blocks laying down and mosey to the other end
10 merkins and mosey back to the other end
15 Squats with or without the blocks and mosey back to the other end
10 merkins and mosey back to the other end
15 skull crushers with the block and mosey back to the other end
10 merkins and mosey back to the other end
15 bent over rows and mosey back to the end
We did all that 4 times total so we could get our 200 merkins
return the blocks and mosey to LP

Dolittle asked YHC on Tuesday for us not to run since he has been putting in some serious miles in. I didn't think there would be as much running. Sorry it was just a little over 2 miles
Flo-Jo is looking for stuff to do while he is waiting on starting his new job. He wants to just sit and read some stuff in a hammock in the mountains. If you have any work around the house he could do that for you also
Dolittle doesn't normally complain about the workouts, but he thought this one may have been repetitive.
Flo-Jo was so excited to do push pull abs at SVU he got up at 3:00am, but they let him down so he came to the reliable Meat Locker for a full body workout. It was great to see you this morning.
