4 men post on a cooler morning to hit the weights at Muscle Beach!

Warmorama:

IST x 20 IC,  TS x 15 IC, CP x 15 IC, Merkins x 10 IC, Run around parking lot

The Thang:

Pax were greeted by preset stations of the following:

  1.  Bench 35lb Kettlebells x 15 reps
  2.  Exercise Ball Flys 15lb Dumbbells x 15 reps
  3.  Sandbag 40 lb clean press x 15 reps
  4.  Scaptions 10lb x 15 reps
  5.  Step Ups 20lb Kettlebells x 10 each leg

After each set completed, Pax ran around parking lot

Pax completed 4 sets of the above

Mary:

  • Mason Twists with Kettlebells x 15 IC

Moleskin:

  • Pax thought Q must have camped out at the AO, was set and ready before pax arrival.
  • Q brought a couple of new props, pax were greeted with an exercise ball and step up block.
  • Natty already has an 8 mile run in this past week.
  • Double Double has 3 workouts in a row this week!   Dude is getting stout. 
  • Tool Time getting ready for the big date!  Butler suite, check… Helecoptor transport, check…, F3 workout located, still working on it…
  • Double's son is working on coming out.  Pax figures that we need to add a disclosure statement about what is heard at F3 stays at F3!  Pax will be working on language
