The Thang:
5 stations were set at the end of the parking lot. 25 reps were performed at the first station, then pax ran to other end of parking lot and did 25 reps again of that same exercise. Then we ran back and did 25 reps of the second station, ran to the other end of the parking lot and did 25 more reps of the exercise at station 2, ran back, did station 3, etc…

- Way to get the week started out right, heart rate up, good solid push.
- Slow Roll and El Tigre did some pregaming of about 0.85mile run, 34 burpees, and 20 merkins, 12 of which were diamond merkins in 15 mins
- Pax did 150 reps of each of the above exercises, nice
