YHC still nursing a injury to my right leg, decided to take it easy on the legs and not run.  At 0530 we begin.

Warm – up

Cotton Pickers 10 IC

Toy Soldiers 10 IC

Imperial Storm Troopers 10 IC

Mosey to Blocks

Beatdown

25 curls lunge walk to other end (approx 25 lunges) 25 squats followed by lunge walk back to block.  Repeato 3 times for a total of 100 of each exercise.

next round – 25 chest presses/Side lunges/25 mountain climbers

final round – 25 skull crushers/quadriphilia/25 merkins

Reflection

Jesus told his disciples to "Come, Follow Me, and I'll make you fishers of men"  This is what we are called to do as Christians once we have heard the Good News.  Whether it be with F3 or Tribal Alliance, that is what we do.  When we EH someone, this is like discipleship.  F3 has taught me about the Gospel these last 2 years and now I want (am called) to do the same.  As we go throughout this day, remember, we as Christians are to seek out those that are lost or broken and to love them as Jesus does.  Sharing that love and spreading the Good News is discipleship.  We don't do that in the walls of the church, we CAN do that by inviting them to F3.
