Getting the Mo!

3 men appeared in the gloom at Momentum to get some Mo!

Warmorama;

High Knees, Butt kicks, Karyoke, SSH x 30 IC, TS x 15 IC, Windmills x 15 IC, Cherry Pickers x 15 IC

The Thang:

Starfish:  5 bases set up.  Start at entrance to the parking lot, run to 1st base, do 10 reps of the 1st exercise, run back to entrance of parking, do 10 reps of the same exercise.  Next, run to 2nd base, do 10 reps of the 2nd exercise, run back to entrance, do 10 more reps of the second exercise.  Next run to 3rd base, 10 reps of 3rd exercise, run back to entrance, 10 more reps of the 3rd exercise, …until all 5 bases were completed.  Then repeated the above for 2 more rounds.

  • 1st base – Burpees
  • 2nd base – Tailgate decline mercans
  • 3rd base – Crunchy Frogs
  • 4th base – Lunges ( 10 each leg)
  • 5th base – WWII's

The pax completed 3 full rounds of all 5 bases.  A little time remained after 3 rounds, so pax did the 1st base again, ran back to entrance, did 10 more burpees, then ran back to parking lot.  

Moleskin:

  1.  Pax started the week out strong!
  2.  Great seeing Mojito again.  Mojito's back was sore from carrying his team in the Palmetto Relay.

  4.  Q was reflecting on the past weekend with the above quote.  It was Q's 29th wedding anniversary…
  5.   Congrats to Slow Roll and his wife, they celebrated their anniversary this past weekend also.
  6.  Q used the tailgate of the F250 as a prop this am, made for some very declined merkins!
  7.  Loving the lighter mornings, sun coming up earlier, awesome time for working out.
