Corntown loop for 6+ miles, launching from Cowboy. 2nd F followed at Starbucks Birkdale.

- It was like old times running with this fine group. Thanks to Garcia for organizing and making the trip up from Waxhaw.
- Hoodie and HoneyBee the pace bullies for most of the morning. We started in the 8s and ended up in the mid 7s.
- There was a sad clown Kumquat sighting as we turned the corner to Washam Potts. Dude, you should have run with us!
- We joined the Java guys for 2nd F at Starbucks, and also picked up an Optimus. We were too late for the Auto / Anchovy / Ducky crew, however.
