10 dudes met up at ELHS Mustang for a post Super Bowl beatdown that had NOTHING to do with football. The only plan I had was to make it slightly more exciting that last night's game. Obviously that wasn't difficult. A Preblast was sent out stating that today would be both ruck and run friendly. We had 2 of 10 with ruck sacks (Hefty and Clubber) and everyone else ran (mouths and legs equally). Today YHC wanted to bring the girls back for a visit. Those Girls Girls Girls names are Sally, Nicole, and Mary.

Green Sally Up – Squat edition
Now we run (Ruck) over to the elementary school with a couple of painstations on the way.
First stop – 'Merican for the 6, then 5 more
2nd stop – Bench dips 10 IC
Nicole – 20 minutes of running laps with pull-ups as a painstation. Instructions for scaling and if carrying a coupon. Runners run 2 laps around the "track", Ruckers do 1 lap. THEN perform MAX pull-ups…repeato for 20 min AMRAP. With this it's truely you vs you. Push as hard or as little as you'd like.
Head back to ELHS with more painstations on the way back. This time Everyone does 20 Dips IC. Continue running and at the next painstation do squats until the 6 arrives then 5 more, At lastly before mary do 'mericans until the 6 arrives and do 5 more.

- Noticed we had lots of good 2nd F going on in smaller groups today.
- Great to have Prince back out today. Prince was my 2.2's soccer coach last year. In case anyone doesn't remember where he got his name, he was born in 1999…thus Prince. Sonar apparently convinced Prince to come out this morning and take his place in the gloom. The only problem is Sonar didn't brief him on just how much complaining he would need to do to even come close to Sonar's level.
- Update from Sonar this AM. He is recovering well from his 3 x 100% blocked artery heart attack and is expecting to go home around lunch today. His early reaction to the symptoms and fitness level may have helped save his life this weekend.
Reflection
