  • 20 SSH IC
  • 10 toy soldiers IC
  • 10 Slow deep squats
  • 10 slow windmills IC
  • 10 Carrot Pullers IC
  • 10 Merkins IC

 

Grab the blocks for the 1st set of exercises:

 

Set 1

  • 10 Step ups OYO
  • 10 WWII Sit ups
  • 10 Squats with block
  • 10 low flutters

 

Run a lap around the parking lot

 

Set 2

  • 10 chest press IC
  • 10 Hip thrusters with blocks
  • 10 Peter Parkers
  • 10 Reverse lunge with blocks
  •  

Set 3

Start off with 1 hanging leg raise, then run to the middle of the parking lot and do 10 forward and reverse lunges for each leg (forward + reverse = 1). Then run back and do 2 hanging leg raises and 9 forward and reverse lunges, and so on.

 

YHC should have done the math there, that was a lot lunges!
