*Fartlek ruined the workout by dropping in and wasting what felt like 10 minutes. J/K (not really)
*It was rather warm for Jan 31st.
*This workout didn’t look as bad on paper. It turned out to be rather hard as verified by looking around at the scaling. In any case, way to push yourselves as hard as you could, lots of sweat.
*This may have been my first Gladiator Q can’t recall.
*I was told the first warm-up exercise (SSH) was stupid.
*I was on the far end so didn’t hear too much mummblechatter.
You did great Mulligan! Now you need to eye a 2nd Q again in the near future. Just wait a couple of weeks because I have to be able to feel my arms again beforehand…
