YHC happened to look at the F3 calendar Sunday afternoon, recalling that I was signed up for #TheMightyOak on Wednesday. Much to my surprise, I also was signed up for Arnie’s Army today! Time to pull out a sleeper favorite, The Bluck. Here’s what went down:
WARM-O-RAMA:

THE THANG:
Well would you look at that – a perfectly stacked pile of blocks back where they used to be behind the hedge. The group seemed chatty this morning, so I obliged and granted a chance for ample mumblechatter. Everyone grab a block and let’s get moving.
We started blucking (block-rucking) up the road and to the right, stopping every 0.25 miles for an exercise:
