Sonar was fearful of sad clowning, then YHC and C# pulled in at 6:59. The question still remained, who had the Q? YHC grabbed it as a SC was made to Sonar at the brew run on Weds. It went like this:
Mosey to the flagpole, recite the Pledge of Allegiance, start the warm up
- Mini BBBroga
- 20 SSH IC
- 10 Imperial Storm Troopers IC
- 10 Toy Soldiers IC
- 10 Windmills IC
- 10 Grandma Maters IC
Mosey to the gym entrance, set the timer for 1 minute. Goals were set to collectively reach a goal. When 1 minute is reached, each PAX states their number, add ’em up, if we’re short of the goal, run to the top of the parking lot and back, start the timer again, go for the full minute (TWSS), repeato until the goal is reached
- 150 merkins
- Took 2 rounds
- We did 184
- 250 Squats
- Took 3 rounds
- We did 324
- 350 LBC’s
- Took 3 rounds (this round was quadrophelia to the top)
- We did 524
- Finisher was YHC’s favorite burpees
- 6 minutes on the clock
- 1 minute intervals
- 1st minute is 5 burpees
- 2nd minute is 6 burpees
- Yada yada yada (we were really tired)
- 6th minute was 10 burpees
- Mini BBBroga cool down
Reflection: there has been a lot of talk about numbers at workouts recently. YHC believes F3 Denver needs to set a goal for the group for the 4th quarter. Whether it’s re-engaging with existing PAX or EHing new PAX, this workout proved we can exceed goals once we state them and try to achieve them together.
MC: a fun workout with Sonar & C# with good discussion along the way. Show to know.
Pleasure to lead. Namaste, Bertha
