Shirley reminded me that Catholics can kneel and get back up all day long. That isn’t an exercise. 

Strudel is the only one that can count. If I left it up to the rest of the PAX we would still be on 9.

It was great to finally be back at SVU. This is exactly why F3 is fun for me.
