I'm officially 47 days post workout with this backblast. Better late then never. As I was working on the backblast from today's Man Maker Monday – I realized that I still had a recording with name o rama on my phone from January 2. It would be crazy to post a back balst 47 days late – especially since I can't remeber the details, right?
Maybe it's the voice of Blackbeard in my head. Maybe it's because I've made a New Year's Resoltuion to Q more in 2019 – and why not document that. Maybe I feel quilty encouraging the Q's in the PROD to write back blasts when I know I have one that I didn't do. Whatever it was – I decided to do this half arsed BB.
As I recall – We warmed up – and then we did some hill work behind Summit that included a DORA 1-2-3.
After that we moseyed to DUMC for some sand bag work.
Then we hit the pull-up bars and the adjacent field for some core work – I recall some moaning from the PAX about the wet grass.
Then we went back to the Green for MARY and COT.
I'm sure there are still some PAX talking about the glorious workout – that was only outshined by the magnificent fellowship.
And now, with a backblast on file – I feel complete. And all is right with the world.
