YHC hadn’t been to Fallout in a while so it was time to get back to one of the OG AO’s. When at an OG AO, you must go old school and that’s what we did.

The Thang
11’s (10-1, 9-2, 8-3…) were the plan for the day. The first one was the most difficult pairing Shoulder Touch Mericans and Pull-ups. We started with 1 STM (each shoulder counted as 1) and 10 Pull-ups. It was better to start at the top of the pull-up ladder and work our way down. However, starting at the bottom of the STM ladder and going up was no joke either. After that ladder the Pax were pretty smoked, as was I.
A 10 Count was called by Frogger as we recovered for the next ladder. It would pair Squats and Knee-ups. Again, starting with 10 knee-ups x 1 squat. That sequence was equally difficult.
Mosey to the wall for some Peoples Chair (Ultra Style).
While in Peoples Chair do the following
10 Land the Plane IC
10 Air Press IC
10 Seal Claps IC
10 Touch them heels IC
Recover & 10 count from BEP

Great workout Ultraman, we will feel that one all day. Appreciate you leading!
Thanks TP! I had to make it a challenge, which I can now say STM & Pull-ups are a tough combo.
