Gone But Not Forgotten: We Banded Together

Gone But Not Forgotten: We Banded Together

This morning Fission officially made its 5th move since its existence. 13 pax joined forces to commemorate the 2,977 civilians, 343 firefighters, and 72 police officers who lost their lives 9/11/2001.

We moseyed from Harris Teeter Antiquity’s parking lot to the front of Cornelius Fire Station #1 and said the pledge. We then circled up in front of the firehouse and then began Warm-o-rama.

Always great to see Hollywood and Stapler the Fission faithful.

Great to see Jethro, Hippie, Smores, and Kingfish.

Timecheck continues to live up to his name rolling in 2 minutes after 5:30.

Titan has the Q at Mighty Jungle this Saturday

Goat is leading the charge tomorrow for a 9.11 mile ruck leaving from the same spot we launched this morning – Harris Teeter Antiquity – 21720 Catawba Ave.

Cherry bomb will keep hosting the IPC every Monday at the Sword for the next two weeks.

I need some Q’s for Fission.

Remember to say prayers for all the souls who were lost on 9/11, keep the families who lost love ones in your prayers, and continue to prayer for the brave men and women who continue to suffer the ill effects of this tragic day for the bravery.

Until next time,

Cousin Eddie.
