Met at the bottom of the parking lot, ran towards the top, karaoked twice, and stopped in the top corner.

warmup consisted of:

  • 25x side straddle hops
  • 15x emperial storm trooper
  • 15x toy soldier
  • 10x Dwight shroop
  • 10x windmill
  • 15x mountain climbers 
  • 10x merkins

all in cadence

Then the thing..

Across the parking lot from 1 rep to 10

  • low curls
  • high curls
  • overhead press
  • skull crushers
  • chest presses
  • full curls
  • zamporini to the end of the parking lot and back – blocks up

and then for good measure

  • 10x 8-count manmakers in cadence

then we ran to the box and did 15x Muhammad Ali's and 10x calf raises in cadence

then we ran to the bottom and I did 10x side LBCs in each side 

then a ran to the other corner and ended with 10 burpees OYO
