Good Old Fashioned Beating


Warmup – mosey across the street to business parking lot.  circle up for SSH x 20, IST X 12 and cotton pickers x 12. 

Workout – starting at the bottom of the lot – 2 merkins – run to the top for 2 burpees, down to bottom for 3 merkins then run to the top for 3 burpees..continue until we did 10 of both

Slow mosey back to the church, pick up a rock, mosty to the parking lot.  We all lined up with our rocks and did 9 lunges then 1 rock military press, lunge x 8 then press x 2, continue until we completed lungh x 1 and press x 9.

Mosey to side of the the church – preacher's chair then curls x 10.  mosty back down to the bottom of the parking lot. 10 merkins and the bottom then 10 burpees back to the top.  Mosey back to the bottom to pick up the rock then Zamperini back to the side of the church for balls and/or ball to the wall.  Zamperini around the other side of the church for preachers chair and curls.  Zamperini back to the rock pile to ditch the rocks. 

Mosey behind the carport.  Merkin time bomb – 10 to 1.
