-Lil’ Professor/Dwight Schrute/long snapper/carrot puller/slippery dip can/soap locator x10

-Toy Soldiers x20 (40)

Remain at Checkpoint 2 and Partner Up for:

-Side Straddle Hop x25 (IC 50)

Partner 1 then does “LBC” until partner 2 runs a lap around the square (then switch so both get a turn). Repeato x3 (Each Pax=50 SSH, AMRAP of LBC, & 3 laps)

Mosey to Checkpoint 3 for:

-Side Straddle Hop x25 (IC 50)

Partner 1 then does “WWII” until partner 2 runs a lap around the square (and then switch so both get a turn). Repeato x3 (Each Pax= 50 SSH, AMRAP of WWII, & 3 laps)

Mobility Moment

Mosey to Checkpoint 4 for:

-Side Straddle Hop x25 (IC 50)

Partner 1 then does “Freddy Mercury” until partner 2 runs a lap around the square (and then switch so both get a turn). Repeato x3 (Each Pax= 50 SSH, AMRAP of Freddy Mercury, & 3 laps)

-MHs x10 @ VS (20 IC)

Mosey back to base:

-Side Straddle Hop x25 (IC 50)

Recover, Recover

Moleskin:

YHC had a great time with Ping, Soprano, and Hat Trick in the gloom. These hard chargers got it done. Final result for each Pax= 200 Side Straddle Hops, AMRAP of core (each Pax kept track of their own quantitative results, but the M’s will appreciate your qualitative results), 9 laps, and 20 MHs each. Hopefully our legs and  core got a needed workout today and are better because of it. It is always great to start the day with my F3 brothers. Thanks for lending me the keys to your AO today Soprano!
