Warm Up

Dusted off a few ‘oldies’ to add to the mix.  Tie Fighter, Catalina Wine Press, TS,WM,CP, D/Up Dog, SS,Mtn C, calf raises.

Main Event

Mosey lap around lot with stops for: burpees,HR Merkins,dips,MH.  Carry CBs to front of gym.  Initial plan was each team to combine for : 50 CPRs,100 CB merks, 200 rocks up, and 300 squats while 1 team member moseyed to top of lot and back.  Modified to individual: 25 curls, 50 squats and 100 CB merkins using runner as timer.  CBs returned and back to launch pad.

Complete as many LBCs as possible in time remaining.
