Twenty three Pax including 1 FNG showed up at the Glen on a gorgeous Saturday morning expecting a workout, here's what they got.

We started the day by surrounding the flag and reciting the Pledge of Allegience, led by Lear. A short mosey including high knees, and butt kickers brought us to the upper parking lot for the disclaimers (both of them) and a series of warm up exercises.

One disadvantage of waiting over 24 hours to write the #BB is how cloudy the order of events occurred. Below you will find my best recount of the mornings events.

Off to the rock pile to find a rock, not too big, not too small. We ran through a series of curls, skull crushers, presses, bent over rows, and bench presses. A warning was issued, that warning was challenged by Chief, and we did 10 penalty burpees. Most of us. From the corner of my eye I saw Rent-A-Cop charging towards Chief. They chose to roll around on the ground as opposed to doing the burpees. They were at it long enough that Manhands decided to join in on their fun. Rocks away, and we moved to the stairs. We ran up three times touching each step, every other step, and every third step. This brought us back up to the upper parking lot for a burpee/merkin ladder. That was terrible. We hit the Crack Shack for a round of step ups, 10 each leg, and dips IC. Seemed like a great time to head to the ball diamond for everyone's favorite, the Tunnel of Love. Lots of mumblechatter about the 80's, and of course lots of stuff that shouldn't be recorded for posterity. We finished it out with Balls to the Wall, and the People's Chair with and without arms raised.A round of Mary including LBCs, the W, the Dying Cockroach and some discussion about Pillow Talk left.

NMM

Plenty of announcements this week. F3 paintball, the roast of Dallas, and F3RaceCity Fence Builders. Also there should be details forthcoming about the Race City 4 year anniversary. Mark your calendars April 1st for that. Check the latest edition of the Holler for details on those important subjects.

It's funny how Chief always instigates the penalty burpees, but he never gets to do them…

Good to have Blueberry Flavored Oceanspray back with us.

Glad to get to welcome FNG Justin. Hope to see him again soon.

Big crowd for coffeeteria to include a couple of Starskys. Crack and Santiago.

Nice to have Blackberry join us for workout after the Crazy 9 mile Deliverence ruck. Sounds like there was a few of them that made that distance, with others joining in along the way. Comet, Brushless (hope your feet have recovered), Cupcake, Lear, Manhands, Chief, and Chewie?

Also present, Cable, Pretty in Pink, and Hooks.

Always a pleasure to lead such an outstanding group of men.
