Warm-up lap around the parking lot
The Thang
9 Cones were set up about 20 yard from each other in a straight line in the parking lot right behind the normal parking spots so the elevation was pretty much flat.
We started on the middle cone and ran to the cone to the right and did 5 merkins
Then ran to the left skipping the first cone we were at and went to the next one about 40 yards away and did 10 merkins
After that we went back the other direction and skipped two cones and went to the third cone and did 15 merkins
Went back the other way skipping 3 cones stopping at the 4th and did 20 merkins
Again changing directions and skipping 4 cones and stopping at the 5th cone for 25 merkins
Changing directions again skipping 5 cones and stopping at the 6th cone for 30 merkins
then we went the other way towards the gym to the stop sign and stopping at the stop sign for 35 merkins
last change running back the other direction to the complete other end to the stop sign for 40 merkins
We did the same thing for squats and LBC
