grab a block, let’s go

After a brief warmup consisting of various exercises we ran to the back and paired off in twos/threes and grabbed a block.

Off to the clubhouse we went.

Stop 1: 15 Squats IC

Stop 2: 15 Power Jumps

Stop 3: 30 Jumping Jacks IC

Once we arrived at the clubhouse:

Round 1: Partner 1 ran a lap around the clubhouse while partner 2 did curls/dips

Round 2: Partner 1 ran a lap around the clubhouse while partner 2 did bent rows/dips

Back to the AO we went.

Stop 1: 20 LBCs IC

Stop 2: 20 Burpees

Stop 3: 15 Carolina Dry Docks IC

A few minutes of sally took place after the blocks were returned.

Very cold morning. Had to keep us moving as much as possible.

Shirley seems for rival Cheetah for speed. Geez……

Skipper was running before the workout to warmup. Strong.

As usual Dandelion was 1 minute late.

The recent passing of our F3 brother once again gets me thinking. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. Don't live with regrets and most important don't die with them. As I sit on the couch in the evening scrolling through my twitter feed I think, I really should down the phone down and talk to the M or 2.0 more and then think "I have plenty of time for that tomorrow". Not guaranteed. Live in the now and make the most of every second you have on this earth.
