15x Emperial Walker in cadence
15x Mountain Climbers in cadence
10 Burpee Box jump, 10 Decline Merkin, 10 Dips in Cadence- Repeato all x 3
Leisure 2 mile jaunt through Davidson with 10 squats, 10 Merkins and 20 LBCs in cadence thrown in for fun
Next to the Church to grab Sandbags, then to the School for a little Burpeemania- Bearcrawl, 10 pull-ups, 10 Burpees, Lungewalk, Carry bags to net corner, 20 Bent Over Row with bags, 10 Burpees, Carry bags to next corner, 20 Curls with bags, 10 Burpees, Carry bags to net corner, 20 Bench Press with bags, 10 Burpees- Repeato all x 3
Next to Church with bags, then Indian Run back to launchpad RECOVER RECOVER
