Following a night of hellacious storms (which surely moved today's HS graduation proceedings indoors?), 8 HIM gathered in the gloom without much pomp or circumstance to inflict pain upon themselves with varying degrees. Included in this fine group was Bodette (FNG-1) from GSO Region. Loveshack was the sole runner of the Standard (COT's Matter)

Consisted of SSH, IST, Hillbillies, Windmille, Cotton Pickers and Merkins after which Commencement of Excercises began.
The Thang
Mosey to the Stumpy Boat Lauch for some hills.
Round 1 was 5 Burpees, run up the parking lot hill to the commode and do 10 Merkins.
Round 2 added 15 CDD back at the bottom.
Round 3 then added 20 LBC's back at the top again.
Mosey to the first shelter inside the park for a tour of shelters (rain seemed possibly emminent but never addressed this crowd).

Mosey up top for Mary. Each Pax took a turn with an excersize – Low flutters, WWII, Box Cutter, Cutter Box, LBC, Airborne Mind Bender, Mason Twist, Side Crunches.
Recover, Recover. All earned a diploma in pain and Ceremonies were Over.

- Bodette was in town visiting family for his father's memorial. Our condolences and welcome home.
- Chief and Cupcake are out on IR but got up and made the trek to Panera for Coffeteria and some great second F'ing. Surprise!! They ran out of coffee.
- 75 years ago on this day across an ocean beaches were being cleared and young men were marching inland for freedom. We remember them.
