7 PAX showed ready to roll. MQ was on time at 0531 and we moseyed to movie theater for warm up.
Did not know which side to start any exercise in the workout as Hippie confused all by claiming opposite day.

RUN back to movies (give it all sprint fro final leg)

RUN interior laps until hitting target distance at 0615.
No time for MARY but a few PAX got some stretches in whilst we watched, coffees in hand. I blame Lonestar.
