Great morning for 3.1+

7 PAX showed ready to roll.  MQ was on time at 0531 and we moseyed to movie theater for warm up. 

Did not know which side to start any exercise in the workout as Hippie confused all by claiming opposite day. 

-SSH IC x25

-Toy soldiers IC x10

-IST IC x15

Long snapper IC x12

OYO calves and ankles

RUN to Shake Shack parking lot (live up to name by risking lives crossing 73)

Exercises including, but not limited to:

-Merkins 

-CDD

-Calf raises

-Squat jacks

RUN to corner of Devonshire

Exercises including, but not limited to:

-pretzel crunch

-lo flutter

-merkins

-normal squats, with some half hearted pistol squat attempts

RUN to entrance of apt complex on way back

Exercises including, but not limited to:

-merkins

-squats

-lbcs

-merkins again

RUN back to movies (give it all sprint fro final leg)

-pretzel crunch

-merkins (got our 100!)

RUN interior laps until hitting target distance at 0615. 

No time for MARY but a few PAX got some stretches in whilst we watched, coffees in hand.  I blame Lonestar.

Pleasure to be able to get out of bed and lead a group of vets. Inspiring.  Look forward to seeing you all in the gloom again soon.
