Come get yo’ bricks. Two in a pair. Do a bunch of different exercises with the aid of bricks. Most of these were accompanied by the “hold” feature about halfway thru the reps before finishing the reps

  • Q’s post workout was busy with curling, some runaround, and day drinking. This served to not allow for the proper capture of workout anecdotes, aplogies since there were some good nuggets

  • But at least Grip gets his participation tally for the day’s workout. Atta boy
