The Thang

Bring the 45 lb plates and the 35 lb plate to in front of the gym and grab a block for all

each PAX member does a set of 10 with the 45 lb plate going all the way around the circle as the timer while the other PAX does an exercise

10 Shrugs with 90 lbs each and curls until the plates go all the way around the circle

10 milk jugs with 45 lb plate while the other PAX does over head press

10 bent over rows with 45 lb plate while the other PAX does skull crushers 

Mosey to the top and back

Each PAX farmers carry the 90 lbs to the begining of the first island and back and trifectas for the rest 

10 Shrugs and curls for the rest

Mosey to the top and back

10 milk jugs and chest press while laying down on your six

10 dead lifts and block lat pull overs 

Bring the blocks back and head back to the LP

Clark says that shrugs may be the most benificial exercise

Grip strength can be used for many things. Some of them shouldn't be said out loud.

This may have been the first time at Mustang on a Wednesday all year for me. There was a lot of M/C as usual. That is what makes this AO so much fun. It was great to be back.
