4 men ventured into Cobalt on Ground Hogs day.

 

Warmorama:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Karyoke, SSH x 25 IC, IST x15 IC, TS x 15 IC, Wind Mills x 15 IC, Mericans x 10 IC

The Thang:

Circle of Pain over and over again!  5 sets of the following with 15 reps at each station

 

  • Ab roller 
  • Squats with 25lbs
  • Skull Crushers with 25lbs
  • Curls with 15lb each arm
  • Front Raise 10lb each arm
  • Perfect Mericans
  • Sprint to Stop Sign and back

Moleskin:

The theme of the workout was like the movie Ground Hog Day where Bill Murray does the same thing everyday, over and over again.  Continuous rounds of the circle like the movie…well, you get the idea.  Oktoberfest liked the dress of the Q, except, he wanted him to leave the yoga pants out or the shorts, Q was confused to which.  Setting a fashion trend today!  I think a sqeaker came out during the ab roller, not sure, could have been the squeaky wheel or Natty developing Ventrilo-Grip's skills.  Great seeing Knocked Up, getting updated on his dates… Great workout men!  75 reps of each station and ran about a mile.  Well done, I think the Ground Hog stayed out today!
