4 for Cobalt this morning. Pax decided to keep dry under cover at Q’s garage to avoid the rain and 35 degree temps. Basically the same workout as last Thursday.
Main Event
4X through the following:
- Bench Press: 135 – 205 lbs / varying reps depending on weight
- Incline Dumbell Press or Flies: varying weights up to 52.5 lbs based on exercise
- Dips on Power Tower X 10 reps
- Abs on Power Tower X 10+ reps (leg raises / knee raises / etc)
- Skull Crushers: 35 lb kettlebell X 10+ reps
- Players Choice: 60 lb bag, kettlebell, 15 lb dumbbells

- Hambone in the house! Good to see you man. Farm life and married life treating him well. Dude drives one hour each way for 530am F3 workouts in Nashville. That’s dedication fellas!
- Pinky putting in some work these days. Lots of sick people. Patience is a virtue.
- Heard among the Pax: “I’m going home to take a shower and go to back to bed.” Sounds like a fantastic idea…..taking a page from Ragbrai’s book.
- Dropping 315 lbs on your face during a bench press is something you’ll never forget.
