Hook 4 sandbags together, and carry them as a team to the entrance of BRP. Shoulder presses and Zamperinis along the way.
Once at the park entrance, one PAX runs to the parking lot exit and back, while the rest do the exercises below.
All exercises done with the “Worm” are completed as a team:
Squats
Chest Presses
Lateral Lunges
Bent over rows
Every member of the PAX did four sets of each exercise and ran the 300 yard sprint a total of four times.
Total reps for each exercise were between 60 and 75.
We picked up of sandbags and returned the ¼ mile back to the cars.
No time for Mary.
OLDE MOLESKINS
Much appreciated thanks to the four men who came out to join me tonight. Like Bullet said, we all felt sorry for ourselves at one point or another, and it is only because of each other that we were able suck it up and keep going.
Having that 80lb bag in the middle was no joke. Good call NiteStick on having the PAX assigned to it call cadence for that set.
There was an awful lot of talk about HUMANS and CENTIPEDES during the main event. I know you guys thought tonight was bad, but don’t forget, it could always be worse.
Yes, Cetepede Day is always a leg day.
We had more bags and awkward exercise apparatuses, just not enough hands to carry it. For any of you guys that haven’t tried Thunderdome yet, take it from Mr. Burns, and just #do it.
