Thang: Circled at entrance to clubhouse. Launch from there and run up to end of cul de sac on Breezy Trail Ln. 6 mailboxes on the way up. Pax chose exercises for each mailbox. Diamond merkinsX10, CDD'sX10, BurpeesX5, Diamond merkinsX10, CDD'sX10, BurpeesX5. Sprint back down to launch point and circle for 2 sets of abs also chosen by pax. 5 reps up the hill and down. BONUS Round #6: alternate between 15 squats and 15 lunges at each mailbox. AYG back to launch point. Bonus round was in honor of Surf and Turf's recent leg focus. Pax convinced he may show up on the lake in speedos this summer.
